In order to help our community at this time, check this page for incoming news and information consisting of official documents about the CFC situation from the hierarchy of the Couples For Christ, and the Church.
Many things have transpired since the events of February 2007 and we hope to post them, as we obtain them, so that everyone who reads the documents will have the correct perspective of events. Continuous monitoring of the events will be done and official documents received will be posted. Let us continue to pray and storm the heavens that unity be maintained for one Couples For Christ!
Theme For 2008
Dear CFC Brethren:
We are pleased to announce our theme for 2008:
“Love one another as I have loved you.” John 13:34-35
The full text of the Bible verse is: “I give you a new commandment: love one another. As I have loved you, so you also should love one another. This is how all will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.”
As we eagerly move on in our mission and face the challenges of the coming year, the Lord is telling us to love especially those who journey with us in our faith-walk.
This is a clear clarion call for all of us. In the face of our trials and difficulties, we are to respond as Jesus would, to love as He does. Love conquers all and forgives all.
The weekend retreats, the first of which is scheduled early in February 2008, will be called the “Disciples Weekend.” To be a disciple requires a great deal of loving. This we commit to do. As Christ’s disciples, we look to the next year with joy and with great anticipation not only to do His work, but also to love His people.

Witnessing to His Healing Power
At the CFC Conference in Montreal 4 years ago, several of you heard my sharing. “You raise me up so I can stand on a mountain, you raise me up so I can walk on stormy seas, I am strong when I am on your shoulder, you raise me up to more than I can be.” These words from a popular song helped me bring across my message of trust in the Lord. MER1 and SWR1 in Bermuda
A Marriage Enrichment Retreat 1 (MER 1) and Singles Weekend Retreat
1 (SWR 1) were held simultaneously in Bermuda last November 17 &
18, 2007. The retreats were conducted by a team from Toronto led by
Bro. Jun & Malou Reyes, Ouel & Arlyn Gardon and Anita Espino
(SFC). Six couples attended the MER 1 while 20 singles attended the
