Greetings
Brothers and Sisters!
Praise
God for His Vision, His Grace, His Mercy and His Call for SFC
Canada!!!
The
first ever SFC Canada National Leaders Summit in
Toronto
was truly a
powerful and moving event. The Lord spoke to us in volumes. He showed
us the Vision. He showed us how the vision will be attained and He
empowered us with His Holy Spirit to Love and Serve Him and His
people!

The
Lord has called us to be a Generation of Leaders and Martyrs. There is an
obvious need for Christ in Canada. With the growing Liberalism and
Materialism in our country, the people need to see Christ as the only way to
true Joy, Love and Peace in their lives and its SFC Canada's call to Faith
and Action by praying and serving through various ministries within SFC.
1.
Generation of Bravehearts: To build-up the SFC Leadership by empowering
others through service and support and to ultimately become SFC Chapter
Heads in the near future. To evangelize others through an intimate,
interactive and relevant SFC CLP and to conquer neighboring Provinces and
Territories with God's Love.
2.
Generation of Heroes: To mobilize SFC into ANCOP Marketing Groups and
establish partnerships by advocating the miracle of Gawad Kalinga.
3.
Generation of Patriots: To mobilize SFC into active participation of the
Social Ministries. Particularly FEED, FLAME, TEACH (EFI) & TEODORA. Its
time SFC took a stand on the social ills of today and educate the masses the
Christian alternative.
4.
Generation of the Holy: SFC stance on chastity, homosexuality, drugs,
alcoholism, smoking, & speech.
5.
Generation of the Faithful: The fundamentals of womb-to-tomb ministry
and to facilitate smooth transitions from YFC-SFC-CFC/HOLD/SOLD. This can be
helped by our move to establish SFC in Post-Graduate Schools (i.e. Med/law)
and Corporate Evangelization.
In
order for the vision to become a reality in the world, we have to look
within our hearts. We are called to have a Martyr's heart. It is a Martyr's
Heart that will be used by God to make the impossible become possible.
Martyrdom doesn't only imply physical death; in SFC we look to it as
"Living for the Freedom of Others."
Just
like the original 12 apostles, God has called all the SFC leaders and
members to believe in their anointing and as an act of obedience to His
call, to follow that anointing to wherever and however He may lead us.
The
Vision of SFC Canada is SFC C4. This is the direction in which Canada has
been called to contribute to the SFC Global direction. The Mission and
Vision is so huge that by human means and understanding, it's literally
impossible. It will only come in obedience to God's call to Loving Him and
others before you that this vision will be realized.
The
true success of the SFC NLS can only be measured by its output. The key is
quick follow-up with the NLS delegates and encouragement/support on their
zeal to serve. As a follow-up activity, each SFC Cluster/Chapter/Unit Head
should meet with the delegates to discuss the direction given at the NLS and
incorporate that in their local mission. Further follow-up activities will
be incorporated throughout the year. |

FOLLOW UP ACTIVITIES
|
|
1.
Follow-Up Meetings
The purpose of the follow-up meetings is to visit each area and further
discuss the content of the NLS and to insure that the plans for the year
reflect the new SFC C4 direction.
2.
Precons
The Precons were re-scheduled for April due to the hectic WOW GK concerts in
May. Therefore, we suggested specific dates in April for the areas, giving
them ample time to prepare for the event and time to prepare for the WOW GK
concerts in their area. Having the Precons in April give time for those SFC
members who just decided to attend the SFC Conference in July ample time to
save and book off work. This year, the Precons will be organized and
executed by the local SFC Leaders. The management of the event will empower
the SFC leaders by teaching them team work, excellence, patience, prayer and
will provide them with the experience of a completed Precon miracle. A
Precon package will be provided to each area for the Leaders to discuss,
empower delegating and to put together.
3.
Mission Trips
Trips need to be made to follow-up Saskatchewan and Yukon Territories.
Mission trips to open up areas are required in the Maritimes. For possible
contacts in the remaining Provinces/Territories, please contact T. Jun
Reyes, T. Nick Borja, T. Gerry Rafinan and/or Ryan Mina.
4.
SWR 2.5 / Intimacy Weekend
New Retreats for members and leaders to be done in the Fall to support our
work in ANCOP and our stand on 100% Pure.
5.
SFC Canada National Conference
The SFC Conference will be held on July1-3, 2005 in Edmonton, Alberta. The
venue will be at the University of Alberta Campus. It is important to
emphasize area attendance to maximize the empowerment of your members and
leaders.

SFC
Canada’s call to become Socially Relevant is loud and clear. As
CFC, let’s support the SFC in their move to Total Human Liberation
through encouragement, support and a belief in their God-given
Anointing! The
Mission
and Vision seems far-fetch
and maybe impossible. Just like GK777, the realization of SFC C4
will be a miracle and God has called us to be obedient to His call
to Love Him and His people more than ourselves so that we may be
witnesses to His miracle. May God be praised!!
