Dear Brethrens,
Our Lord Jesus Christ's grace and peace be with you.
SFC Winnipeg is beating the drums of excitement as we invite SFC Canada to the 8 th National Conference to be held at the University of Manitoba on August 18-20, 2006. (please see video clips). Enclosed, you will find the registration form and necessary informations to initiate the registration process. As regards to the registration, we would like to implement a new procedure to make it smooth and, hopefully, error free. The procedure is as follows:

Fill up the registration form and hand them over to your head of delegation and/or provincial head with the corresponding down payment and/or full payment.

Each city and/or province will be assigned a registration coordinator from Winnipeg to whom they will communicate the lists, payments etc of the delegates from their area.

We will only accept check payments up to the fourth of August, 2006.

The SFC Chapter heads are requested to group their delegates into twos or threes for their room assignments so that they could be with brothers or sisters they are more comfortable of rooming with. Just bracket them accordingly to their groupings as you submit your list.

Deadline for the submission of the down payment is on June 20 th, 2006.

We will email to you the final lists of events for competitions ASAP and/or include them in the website.
We thank you in advance for your cooperation and prayers, in helping to make this event yet another successful conference. As your host, we highly encourage everyone to take note of the registration deadlines. Addressing these logistics on time, the plans for this year’s conference will run more smoothly and through our Lord Jesus Christ, we will be able to focus more efficiently on our major goals.
